30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window for all customers in the United States and Canada. You may return items within 30 days after delivery for any reason.
Eligible Items
All items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and tags intact. Valid for all jewelry and unopened pet supplies.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Worn, scratched, oxidized, or used jewelry
- Opened, used, or contaminated pet products
- Custom personalized items and engraved products
- Final sale / clearance items
- Returns outside the 30-day window
Shipping Fee Policy
- Change-of-mind returns: Buyer covers return shipping cost.
- Defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items: We cover all shipping fees.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days to your original payment method. Actual arrival time depends on your payment provider.
Damaged & Defective Items
Please contact us within 7 days after delivery with photo or video proof. We offer full refund, free replacement, or partial compensation. Return may be waived at our discretion.
Order Cancellation
Unshipped orders can be canceled for a full refund.
Shipped orders cannot be canceled and must be returned after delivery.
